We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Accounting Advisory Services team as a Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, along with a proven ability to deliver high-quality advisory solutions. This role involves leading client engagements, managing cross-border stakeholder relationships (including US engagement teams), and contributing to the growth and strategic development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Management

- Lead and manage multiple accounting advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for US engagement teams
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored accounting solutions and practical recommendations
- Oversee engagement planning, execution, and quality control processes

Technical Accounting & Advisory

- Provide expert guidance on complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, and business combinations
- Support clients and US engagement teams in implementing recent accounting standards




- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other applicable standards
- Conduct technical research and stay updated on evolving regulatory and accounting developments
- Facilitate solutions for complex separation and divestiture scenarios

Team Leadership & Development

- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior professionals, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured, constructive feedback
- Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive team culture
- Support hiring, training, and career development initiatives within the practice

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong technical accounting expertise with experience in IFRS, US GAAP, and/or other relevant accounting standards
- Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and managing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
