Oversee EMEA payroll operations and manage outsourced payroll providers. Resolve payroll issues and support audits. Validate, reconcile, and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee handling of employee queries professionally and efficiently. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure internal controls. Provide guidance on perks administration, taxation, year-end processing, statutory deductions, and payroll systems. Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement. Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA region (UK a must), data compilation, and validation. Familiarity with retiral benefits, time & attendance, leave management. Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems (Workday or similar), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and networked environments. Strong data analytics, reconciliation, and attention to detail.
Understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations. Ability to handle confidential data with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent numeracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing a team and working independently. Comfortable working under tight deadlines in an international work environment. Graduate preferably from a commerce background or MBA in HR / Finance. 8-10 years of payroll experience (EMEA payroll), including 3-4 years in a managerial role. Proven people and vendor management experience. Knowledge of end-to-end payroll compliance and internal controls. Immediate joiner / short notice; on-site in Gurugram.
