We are seeking a Management Accountant (CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA) to oversee MIS reporting, costing, and financial analysis for a rapidly expanding solar panel recycling company. This position is well-suited for individuals with strong Excel proficiency, expertise in cost control, and experience in manufacturing finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Manage costing and cost control activities within recycling and manufacturing operations
- Conduct variance analysis, cost analysis, and track profitability
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights to aid business decision-making
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and enhance operational efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
- CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, costing, or financial analysis
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments preferred
