Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our solar panel manufacturing plant. You will operate and maintain machines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain solar panel manufacturing machines
- Set up machines per production requirements
- Monitor and adjust production processes
- Conduct quality checks and report issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate to meet production targets
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of machine operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for quick-paced work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
