Your key responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day order management, including receiving customer orders, cleaning orders, removing order blocks, processing change requests and managing order releases. The role needs: Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management. Display a customer-centric attitude and maintain solid customer relationships, specifically. Ensure clean and accurate data management and analysis. Drive continuous improvement in customer experience systems and processes. Scrutinize invoice details to ensure completeness and accuracy. Upload invoices into SAP in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the order management process. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
