Responsibilies
Install, Setup, Support and Manage Application environments in Production and Preproduction environments
Hands of Experience Middleware Application Servers : WebMethods
Setup and Administration of software such as Apache webservers, Siteminder, Sentry, IBM MQ, .Net, SWIFT, Sitescope,
Working on RedHat Linux environments, and Windows Server environments
Support migrations of legacy Application settings to recent stack of technology
Interface with Engineering and Solution Delivery teams and PMO teams to plan, schedule and implement changes.
Coordinate changes, verification, and reversion tasks with participating teams.
Adhere to the Change Management and Release Management process for all changes.
Assist other team members as needed to provide excellent service to GXS customers.
Provide on-call production support on a rotating basis, and escalated 24x7 support for responsible primary application.
Troubleshoot and follow-up with Engineering to resolve production issues.
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Run Books.
