Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise 50+ production manpower to achieve daily targets.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards and quality requirements.
Support implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Monitor production activities, productivity, and process efficiency.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production operations
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience in production/manufacturing operations with manpower handling of 50+ employees.
Valuable knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
