Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Run and own the payroll for the organisation.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.




Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Human Resource Executive or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
