We are looking for highly experienced retail store executives who can effectively handle walk-ins and online clients via phone and WhatsApp. We need energetic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for learning in a quick-paced environment, who have impressive multitasking and organisational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Executive will collaborate closely with our Founding and Creative Directors and the Operations team.
Pre-requisites:
Must be available to work from our Gurgaon studio or Bangalore Studio.
Must have good command over the English language and should be able to handle high-profile clients on their own
Must have positive persuasion skills
Available to start immediately or on short notice period
Key Responsibilities:
The employee will be involved in all activities revolving around the growth of our company. Some of these include:
Manage Sales at our Studio.
Act as the company's face to customers who use the product for the first time.
Pitch our furniture to prospective clients, teaching customers about our product and its usage.
Maintain contact with existing clients
Assist in Marketing and Advertising Promotional Activities.
Collect customer feedback from the marketing campaigns.
Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
Manage web-based lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMart
Manage day-to-day activities in tandem with the support staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
Experience in complete sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Solid negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
Compensation:
Rs 25,000-40,000 per month + Performance Based Incentive scheme
Transport and expenses occurred while on company visits shall be provided
