CTC: ₹22,500 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
Undergraduate candidates with a 3-Year Diploma are also eligible
Excellent English written communication skills are mandatory
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.




Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively through calls, chats, and emails.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and support processes.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
