We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer role for our client, a technology company.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi/VPN)
Document recurring issues and maintain a knowledge base
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of Windows OS and basic networking concepts
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




Basic knowledge of Active Directory and email systems (Outlook)
Valuable communication skills to support non-technical users
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests

Good to Have
Basic knowledge of Linux/Mac OS
CompTIA A+/Network+ certification
Experience with remote desktop tools
