Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brews.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Follow café standards and recipes for beverage preparation.
Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
