Sr. Financial Analyst

Responsibility
Knowledge of various financial rules and laws such as Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS etc, companies ACT, 2013, IBC 2016 and income Tax Act, 1961.
Should have sound knowledge on valuation of financial assets using all the approaches i.e. cost approach, market approach and income approach.
Knowledge and ability to analyse Financial Statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same.
Designing financial models based on discounted cash flow method (Advanced MS Excel), multiple method and comparable transaction method.
Ability to perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
Addressing to all the clients or auditors’ queries regarding the valuation of the subject asset
Assist the team lead to conduct valuations,



and also carry out valuation assignments independently.
Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews.
Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.
Presenting the results of analysis in a final report in a explicit and concise manner.
To identify potential clients who may require our services.
Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationships.
Maintain personal contact and develop long lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling prospects for the company.
Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, skilled manner.
