Job DescriptionDescription:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Transaction Advisory with hands-on experience in transaction structuring, M&A; advisory, due diligence, valuations, and execution of corporate restructuring transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead transaction structuring, M&A; advisory, and corporate restructuring assignments.
Execute mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and other restructuring transactions.
Conduct financial, tax, and commercial due diligence.
Prepare valuation reports, transaction advisory deliverables, and client presentations.
Advise clients on tax and regulatory implications of transactions.
Ensure compliance with the Income-tax Act, GST, Ind AS, Companies Act, FEMA, Stamp Duty, and other applicable regulations.
Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 46 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting firm.
Solid expertise in transaction advisory, valuations, due diligence, and M&A; transactions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
