Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain student data and records.
Counsel students and parents as required.
Conduct regular field visits and inspections of assigned program centres.
Coordinate with government officials and counterparts at district and state levels.
Manage and monitor program activities across multiple assigned districts.
Track student progress, attendance, and key performance indicators.
Prepare student, centre, district, and overall program reports.
Identify operational gaps and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Coordinate with students, parents, schools, field teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate data management, timely reporting, and smooth program execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, Social Work, or a related field.




25 years of experience in program coordination, education projects, or field operations.
Strong communication and counselling skills for interacting with students and parents.
Experience in coordinating with government officials and multiple stakeholders.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, data management, and report preparation.
Robust field orientation with willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts.
Ability to independently manage multiple districts, centres, and teams.
Positive problem-solving, follow-up, and execution skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
