Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance backend services using Go
Build and maintain microservices and gRPC-based APIs
Optimize applications for concurrency, performance, and scalability
Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
Collaborate with DevOps to containerize and deploy services
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) programming
Experience with microservices architecture and gRPC/REST APIs
Understanding of concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)
Experience with Docker and container orchestration
Valuable understanding of distributed systems concepts
Valuable to Have
Experience with Kubernetes
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka/NATS)
Exposure to cloud-native development
