CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines: Build and maintain automated pipelines that take code from a developers machine all the way to production. Integrate automated testing and security checks at every stage to minimise manual intervention and deployment errors.
Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Set up and manage all infrastructure through code so that settings can be provisioned quickly, consistently, and without manual effort. Continuously identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to improve team efficiency and reduce human error.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up and maintain dashboards to monitor application health, server performance, and error rates in real time. Configure automated alerts so the team is notified before users are impacted. Own the incident response process lead investigation,
coordinate resolution, and document learnings for P1/P2 incidents.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the Kubernetes setting follows security best practices control who has access to what, prevent vulnerable code from reaching production.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with mobile app, backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments. Provide infrastructure support and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems. Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions with the team
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
Core expertise in Kubernetes administration; Docker and container management; CI/CD pipeline experience; Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) – at least one; basic networking knowledge.
Service mesh; GitOps tooling; Secrets management; BFSI / FINTECH regulatory exposure.
Experience in design and implementation of enterprise level network architecture.
