Job Summary
We are looking for a Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise voice infrastructure, ensuring reliable and high-quality communication services.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection (CUC), Jabber, IM & Presence, and Expressway.
Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Cisco CUBE, and Voice Gateways.
Manage call routing, CSS, Partitions, Route Patterns, Translation Patterns, and call features.
Troubleshoot voice issues including call failures, phone registration, one-way audio, and audio quality issues.
Analyze SIP call flows and perform debugging on gateways and CUBE.
Support PRI (E1/T1), SIP, H.323,



and SCCP-based voice environments.

3+ years of experience in Cisco VoIP / Unified Communications settings.
Solid troubleshooting skills in enterprise voice infrastructure.
Cisco Collaboration certifications (preferred).
