5+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles
Solid expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and
Power BI data modeling best practices.
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and optimizing data from relational and cloud data platforms.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.
Experience working with insurance data domains including policies, premiums, claims, agents/advisors, customers, and financial metrics.
Familiarity with integrating Power BI with enterprise data platforms such as Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate insurance business questions into analytical solutions.
Experience using project and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
