We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Analyst with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.- Design and implement automation test frameworks and scripts.- Identify, report,
and track defects to resolution.- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and test scenarios.- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.- Stay up-to-date with testing methodologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills :- Robust experience in manual testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, etc.)- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, etc.)- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc)
