Technical procurement, vendor development, contract negotiation, cost optimization, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar), Microsoft Excel, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA/Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.
Experience 6 -10 years of experience in technical procurement, preferably in hospitality, hotels, real estate, or facility management. Experience in hotel pre-opening projects and CAPEX procurement is preferred.
