Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):
Co-ordination with Hong Kong-office, Clients, Selling Office and Vendors for inspection.
Receiving orders from selling offices and collection of inspection reference details.
Coordinate with suppliers for scheduling inspections.
Update the schedule data with job allocation for concerned inspector in respective region.
Sample control and file keeping (log book maintenance).
Inspection files preparation.
Sending reports to client and follow up to match the TAT.
Update all the weekly/monthly reports as per head office/other selling office requirements.
Invoice preparation.
Distribute to and collect from the inspectors the inspection samples, issue quotations and reports to the client / factory.
Summary report preparing.
Attend to clients enquiries.




Perform additional responsibilities as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualification:-
Graduate with Degree in any discipline with logical mind, with document management experience will be advantage
Fluent in both written & spoken English
Initiative and independence in solving problem
Completes all tasks on time and accurately with guidance
Able to prioritize workload and Multi-tasking
Compose email and create attachment, productive communicate via email on Lotus Notes
Use of MS Office and internet, experience with use of MS Excel will be advantage
Positive knowledge of computers.
Team player and Service oriented mindset.
