Role & responsibilities
Monitor network alarms and track outages to ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with AOMs, FSEs, and technicians for smooth field operations.
Prepare and share daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance updates.
Respond to Head Office (HO) queries and provide accurate operational status reports.
Collect, analyze, and track RCA reports for network incidents and recurring issues.
Manage Airtel IUTR and ORM activities, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
Prepare operational presentations (PPTs) and support management with data-driven insights.
