Role & responsibilities

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training across various manufacturing and engineering functions of the auto components business. The trainee will learn production processes, quality systems, maintenance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies while supporting day-to-day operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Participate in structured training programs across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering departments.
Assist in production planning, process monitoring, and shop floor activities.
Support implementation of quality standards and inspection procedures.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for process issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Learn and operate ERP/MES systems as required.
Perform other engineering assignments as directed by supervisors.
