We are hiring for a Data Scientist role for our client, a technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable business insights
Design, build, and validate machine learning models to solve business problems
Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance evaluation
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production
Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
Stay current with the latest ML/AI techniques and apply them where relevant
Design experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses
Document methodologies and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines
Required Skills:
Solid programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
Experience building and evaluating ML models (regression, classification, clustering)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
Experience with data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI)
Understanding of model deployment and MLOps basics
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Good to Have:
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Exposure to cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker/Azure ML)
Knowledge of NLP or computer vision
