Role & responsibilities
Candidates must have robust knowledge of Server level troubleshooting.
Candidate must have solid knowledge of networking & its related issues and their solutions
Robust understanding about basic troubleshooting of common computer issues.
Should have knowledge of active directory
Access Management, Biometric machine installation and troubleshooting
CCTV installation & troubleshooting, SOPHOS firewall.
Accurately maintain and update IT asset Inventory to keep track of the equipment's
Provide IT operational Support by resolving incidents, requests and problems
Associated with various IT systems
open to learn new technology, must have worked on any ERP (Navision will be an advantage)
The candidate must have an experience in providing the IT Infra support to any manufacturing industry.
