Hiring for fresher/ experience Relationship Officer in SBI Securities

Designation: Relationship Officer

CTC: 2.5-3lpa

Location: Delhi (Lajpat Nagar 2)

Role & responsibilities
To source clients to open Demat account with the company via allotted SBI bank branches or open market and help clients with a demo by helping them to initiate trading activities after Demat account opening process is completed.
Activating the Demat & Trading account by providing product demonstration.
Greet and Re-direct customers to the appropriate counters based on their service needs.
Build an understanding of the available products/services to answer general customer quires and share the product brochures/forms with the customers.
Maintain a list of FAQ by customers and proactively seek clarification
Promote Demat & Trading account on the digital platforms (YONO, INB)



and handhold the customers. Share information on current products available on digital channels with customers.
Engage the premier customers walking into the branch and assist them, in case RM PM/ Branch Managers are not present in a branch.
Cross-sell other products as directed time to time.
Ensure the achievement of the sales business target on a monthly basis.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable knowledge of capital market or sales exp. in financial products.
