Role & responsibilities
Set up CNC/VMC machines according to job requirements.
Interpret engineering drawings and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to achieve required tolerances.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cutting parameters.
Maintain machines, tools, and work area in positive condition.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and settings.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
