Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our CNC Laser, Plasma, and Oxy Fuel Cutting Machines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and be capable of improving campaign performance to maximize lead generation and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & Performance Max).
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting.
- Create compelling ad copies and creatives.
- Track leads using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Manage landing pages and optimize conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Any Graduate with Digital Marketing Certification.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.

Pay: ₹10,229.97 - ₹35,941.46 per month
