Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive – CNC Machine Sales

About Us

Densus CNC is an Indian CNC machine manufacturer focused on delivering compact, reliable, and affordable CNC lathe solutions for precision component manufacturers. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and help manufacturers improve their productivity with Densus CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and digital leads.
- Meet customers across Pune and nearby industrial areas to understand their machining requirements.
- Demonstrate Densus CNC machines and explain their technical features and commercial benefits.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate with the service and production teams to ensure smooth machine delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

✅ 2–5 years of experience in industrial, capital equipment, or CNC machine sales.
✅ Good understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✅ Self-motivated with a robust passion for field sales and business development.
✅ Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby industrial regions.
✅ Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience selling CNC machines, machine tools, cutting tools, industrial automation, or manufacturing equipment.
✔ Existing network with machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturing companies.
✔ Knowledge of CNC turning, CNC Traub machines, bar feeders, or precision machining.
