Job Summary

The Building Infrastructure Helper assists skilled workers and supervisors in construction, maintenance, and infrastructure activities. The role involves supporting day-to-day site operations, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers as required.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities.
- Mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and support basic civil works.
- Operate basic hand tools and assist in the use of power tools under supervision.
- Maintain site cleanliness and dispose of construction waste appropriately.
- Follow safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report damaged tools, unsafe conditions,



or incidents to the supervisor.
- Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.

Qualifications

- Minimum education: High School or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.

- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Working Conditions

- Work is primarily performed at construction sites.
- May require lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Use of PPE, including safety helmet, safety shoes, gloves, and reflective vest, is mandatory.
- May require overtime or weekend work depending on project requirements.

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹650.00 per day
