Job Title: Accounts Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting practices, solid knowledge of Tally Prime, and hands-on experience with TDS and GST-related work. Proficiency in English communication and MS Excel is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking
- Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of sheets (excel)
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime
- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and account reconciliations
- Work closely with auditors and support in audit processes
- Communicate effectively in English,



both written and verbal, with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, CA Inter, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Associate or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally, GST and TDS workings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients/vendors at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).

Pay: ₹8,342.74 - ₹29,706.42 per month
