Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation, vehicle coordination, stock management, MIS reporting, and billing operations for our steel and TMT trading business. This is an office-based role requiring excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate dispatch and transportation of TMT and steel materials.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Manage vehicle allocation, tracking, and movement of goods.
- Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory movement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle billing, invoice preparation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and customers over the phone.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain confidential business and operational data.
- Keep accurate records of logistics transactions and reports.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, billing, or operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and inventory management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible with working hours and operational requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Advantage

- Experience in Steel, TMT, Construction Material, or Trading Industry will be preferred.
