Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team at a leading Garment Export Factory in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, Advanced Excel, and working knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, and voucher entries.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP

- Handling sales, purchase & expense vouchers
- Performing bank reconciliations regularly
- Managing TDS and GST filings and related documentation
- Maintaining customer/vendor ledgers and supporting audit processes
- Preparing MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, etc.)
- Coordinating with CA firms and consultants for statutory compliance

✅ Requirements:

* Minimum3- 4 years of accounting experience

- Robust command over Tally and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
