About the Role
BlueBing Innovations is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote company products/services through online and offline marketing
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Research market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered
