Job Purpose

To manage customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, coordinate customer communications, schedule customer visits, and support business development activities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate and schedule customer visits for the sales team.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Assist in digital marketing activities as required.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade shows with the sales team (1–2 times per year).




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and service.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports and update management on sales activities.
