- Teach prose, poetry, grammar, composition, and comprehension skills effectively.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with learning objectives.
- Evaluate students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback.
- Maintain records of students’ performance and report progress to parents and school management.
- Encourage literary appreciation, vocabulary enhancement, and creative writing through activities like debates, elocution, dramatics, and essay writing.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitions, and public speaking events.




- Integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology in classroom instruction.
- Participate in departmental meetings, career development programs, and school events.
- Ensure discipline, decorum, and positive classroom management.
- Collaborate with colleagues for cross-curricular projects and academic planning.
