Manage full AP cycle including invoice validation and payment execution.
Oversee highvolume retail vendor invoices.
Support payment runs and closure entry.
Team Leadership & People Management:
Lead AP Analysts team.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Primary contact for client finance and procurement.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify improvement prospects and support automation.
Skills & Experience -
5 to 11 Years of experience in PTP / Accounts Payable.
General Finance
End to End AP knowledge
MS Office
People & Team Leadership Skills
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
Governance, SLA & Performance Management
Invoice turnaround time, Accuracy, Exception resolution, Ontime payments, Vendor satisfaction, People Management
Functional Expertise:
Solid AP knowledge.
Retail Finance experience.
Soft Skills:
Communication & stakeholder handling.
Technical Skills:
MSD365 & ARIVA.
