Track daily production targets versus actual achievements.
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks.
Generate MIS reports and productivity reports.
Stockyard & Dispatch Planning
Plan storage and movement of precast elements within the stockyard.
Coordinate dispatch schedules with site erection requirements.
Monitor inventory of finished precast products.
Optimize loading and transportation schedules.
Erection Planning Coordination
Coordinate with site teams for erection sequencing.
Monitor erection progress against planned schedules.
Support resource planning for erection crews, cranes, and equipment.
Track production-to-erection cycle time.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
Analyze production efficiency and resource utilization.
Maintain dashboards for management review.
Forecast upcoming production and manpower requirements.
