We are looking for a skilled Quality Technician with 2 to 7 years of experience in the wind blade industry, specifically in composites, blade manufacturing, inspection, and QA/QC testing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of defects and NDT quality checks. This position is based in India.
Roles and Responsibility
Conduct thorough inspections of wind blades to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and document defects or anomalies in wind blades.
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify the integrity of wind blades.
Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures.
Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the wind blade industry.
Robust knowledge of composites,
blade manufacturing, inspection, and QA/QC testing.
Familiarity with defects and NDT quality checks is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
