Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer requirement and competitor activities.
Perform competition mapping and benchmarking to identify market opportunities.
Create and manage Recent Product Requests (NPRs) and ensure timely product development and launch.
Collaborate with Sales teams and customers to understand product requirements and market needs.
Monitor and track project progress through Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) systems and stakeholder follow-ups.
Prepare business cases and support ROI analysis for current products and projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
Provide product-related information and technical support for marketing and branding initiatives.




Support the development of product catalogues, brochures, flyers, website content, and social media communication.
Create, review, and proofread technical and marketing content related to products.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred.

Experience
Freshers with robust academic credentials may apply.
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Experience in the tyre industry will be an added advantage.
