Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, real-time systems, and optimizing backend performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js
Design and implement real-time features using WebSockets and WebRTC
Build efficient, reusable, and scalable backend services
Optimize application performance and database queries
Work with caching systems like Redis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend)
Participate in system design and architecture discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and DevOps practices

Required Skills:
Strong experience in React.js (frontend development)




Solid knowledge of Node.js and backend frameworks
Understanding of WebSockets and WebRTC
Experience with Redis and caching mechanisms
Robust knowledge of database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
Hands-on experience with Docker and basic DevOps workflows
Valuable understanding of system design principles
Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience in scalable or real-time applications
