Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the accounting operations and lead a small team of accountants. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and the ability to manage and mentor team members while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Oversee ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.

Manage GST and TDS filings, including returns, payments, and reconciliations.





Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely closing of books and coordination with auditors for annual audits.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.

Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.

Review MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.

Train and mentor junior accountants, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency within the team.
