Role & responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the restaurant and banquet hall to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Supervise restaurant, banquet, kitchen, and service staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure an excellent guest experience by delivering quality food, service, and hospitality.
Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and conduct training sessions.
Manage inventory, stock, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
Monitor sales, control operational costs, and achieve revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless restaurant and event operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
48 years of experience in banquet operations or event management.
Experience in handling weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
