Job Description:

Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business specific to cable industry requirements.

Ensure purchasing strategies and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, which enables the company to function and compete effectively.

Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.

Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
Sound knowledge in Sourcing, Procurement, Negotiation and Contract Management.
Sound knowledge in SAP MM module & ERP Infor.
Perform cost analysis, benchmark, potential Identification, Implentation and Actualization.
Plan & Import HR Paint for HMSI Muffler, follow-up and ensuring the material availability.
Price finalization of Indirect materials like Mig Wire, Nickel Metal, LPG, PNG, Brazing Rod, MS Packing Strip, Pet Strap, Stretch Film, HDPE Jumbo Bags, cutting tools, Safety Items, Welding Consumables,



Touch up spray and other Machinery spares like Conveyor belt, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, OEM spares.
Maintaining low inventory and monitoring the consumption budget vs actual (below 5% of Sale Value).
MIS, Vendor Consolidation, IATF Internal / External Audits.
Effective organize, motivator, team player and a decisive leader with the ability to motivate team to excel win.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must Be Graduate with 15-20Year Experience in Procurement purchase

Supply Chain Management / Logistics: Handling supply chain for distribution of Raw material from warehouses to the manufacturing unit for achievement of targets within specified parameters.

Undertaking Logistics Rate Negotiation as per destination, preparing schedule for dispatches, organizing vehicle for dispatch, etc.

Ensuring delivery as per committed timelines and cost. Coordinating with transporters, and ensuring on time delivery and monitoring transit norms.
