Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in the healthcare and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
Explain ICBR's wellness services and treatment programs to potential clients.
Convert inquiries into appointments and consultations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Coordinate with the operations and wellness teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Represent the company professionally during promotional activities and events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
