Roles & responsibilities:-
Welcoming Customers
Meeting them at the workshop
Reminder Calls
Follow up calls
Customer mapping by different online portals
Lead generation by various means allotted
Report generation
Inform the Advisor about the customer's visit
Collect the contact information of the walk-in clients & pass the same to the adviser and team
Desired Candidate Profile :
Positive Communication skills.
English Proficiency.
Customer alling experience in luxury retail preferred.
Managing customers.
MS Office (word & excel) basic knowledge required
Positive attitude towards work
Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must
6 months + experience preferred
