Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for leading the organization's people strategy and aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. Reporting to the CEO, the CHRO serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving organizational growth through effective talent management, workforce planning, and culture development.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation and advantages, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development. The CHRO ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.

The role also involves leading change management initiatives, strengthening employee relations,



leveraging HR analytics for informed decision-making, and promoting continuous learning and leadership capability across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
Robust knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, organizational development, and talent management.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
