We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in real estate marketing. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Generate and qualify leads through social media, calls, and online platforms
Support in managing social media pages and posting content regularly
Coordinate with the sales team for campaign follow-ups and conversions
Help organize promotional events, site visits, and property showcases
Conduct basic market research and track competitor activities
Maintain databases of leads and update CRM systems
Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or related field
0–6 months of experience or strong interest in real estate marketing
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace
Positive attitude and team player
