Role & responsibilities
Apply sales techniques to sell the travel and tour packages to the customer.
Advise on Domestic & International Holidays as a Holiday Expert.
Respond to inbound/outbound calls, messages, emails in a timely manner and resolve customer queries quickly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Convert leads of potential customers by efficiently and effectively sharing the holiday packages.
Manage suppliers, enquire on the availability of holiday packages when a customer raises a query.
Revert to customers on the availability and sell the holiday package.
Conduct internet/market research and create document on holidays and destinations.
Maintain the records of the customers calls.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships, engage customers by taking the extra mile and focus on customer retention.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Become an expert on travel and Travel Torq processes and capabilities.
Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.
Engage with the suppliers,



build loyalty and relationship to encourage better service.
Be prompt in communication with the vendors/suppliers, negotiate a positive package and showcase overall vendor management.

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
